ATEM has decided to become a French FAB member to promote the French know-how in manufacturing across the world. We manufacture by hand all our coax cable assemblies within our facility in Toulon (South-Esat in France). We realize more than 60000 coax cable assemblies each year. Each coax cable assembly is assembled by hand by our opertors, who are able to maintain the high level in quality for all the production batches. This high level in quality, the tracability and the high level in training for each operator (IPC-620) are driving factors to allow ATEM to develop itselves on defence and aeronautics markets. All the members of company are very pround of our know-how and RF & microwave expertise and the French FAB initiative is for us a commitment to look for excellence in manufacturing and urge us to keep on investing in our manufactory (non destructive tests, make the production more and more autonomous, numerical chain…): industry 4.0 is today for ATEM!
